Security

  • Multi-factor authentication — New users must enable MFA when they register. Sign-in supports email, SMS, and authenticator-app codes, with resend and one-click method switching on the login screen. Profile settings let you enable or disable individual methods and choose your default.

Analytics

  • Conversion journey metrics — Custom Results and dashboards now include visits before conversion and days before conversion, so you can see how long visitors take to convert on a goal. First and last conversion date metrics were also corrected to ignore non-converting rows.
  • Switchable table dimensions — Table results can show one dimension at a time. Turn on “Show one dimension at a time” in the result settings, then use the dropdown in the first column header to swap between dimensions without rebuilding the table.
  • Global filter date picker — Fixed saved filters and date ranges resetting unexpectedly when switching dashboards or editing filter settings. Newly created saved filters are selected automatically.

Website

  • Demo signup — A new demo request form collects name, company, and work email, creates a Pipedrive lead, and sends a confirmation email.
  • Personal demo signup — A dedicated personal-demo form creates a Pipedrive lead so the team can follow up to schedule a session.
  • Talk to an analyst — A new form lets visitors request analyst contact with optional website URL; submissions sync to Pipedrive.
  • Subprocessor updates signup — A form for subprocessor list updates collects contact details and syncs leads to Pipedrive.

Heatmaps

  • Sample limit — Heatmap aggregation now uses the 5,000 most recent pageviews instead of loading every recorded sample. Large heatmaps should load faster without any change to how you open or filter them.

Dashboards

  • Dashboard visibility — Super users can require a permission to view a dashboard. Users without that permission no longer see the dashboard in the sidebar and cannot open its content.

Coming soon

  • Multi-factor authentication — New users will be required to enable MFA at registration. Login adds email and authenticator-app (TOTP) options alongside SMS, with resend and method switching on the login screen and a default method in user profile settings.
